Edco Service Inc. is seeking a dedicated Fountain Soda Machine Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair fountain soda machines at client locations.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring optimal operation and delivering excellent customer service. You will travel to various customer sites within the service area, perform diagnostics, and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing or repairing fountain soda machines or related technical roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
• Strong diagnostic and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and professional customer interaction.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand long periods.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Installation & setup of fountain soda machines at customer locations, ensuring safe operation.
• Maintenance & repairs of carbonation, refrigeration, and dispensing systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining machine functions and addressing needs.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues with machines and take corrective action.
• Maintain accurate service logs, inventory records, and customer feedback.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations for beverage equipment installation and repair.
• Travel to customer locations within the designated service area to deliver timely service.

Job Description:

As a Fountain Soda Machine Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fountain soda machines at client locations. This includes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring machines are operating efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. You will work directly with customers to ensure that their machines are functioning at optimal levels and provide technical support as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Installation & Setup: Install new fountain soda machines at customer locations, ensuring proper operation and safety protocols.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of fountain soda machines, including the carbonation, refrigeration, and dispensing systems.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining machine functions, and ensuring customers’ needs are met.
• System Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools to identify issues with machines, including mechanical, electrical, or water flow problems, and take necessary corrective action.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service logs, inventory records, and customer feedback.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations related to beverage equipment installation and repair.
• Travel: Travel to various customer locations within the designated service area, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in installing or repairing fountain soda machines, commercial refrigeration, or similar technical roles.
• Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of fountain soda machines. Familiarity with electrical wiring, refrigeration systems, and water filtration systems is a plus.
• Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to think critically when addressing technical issues.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and be on your feet for long periods.
• Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation to travel to job sites
