Job summary

Right at Home Arcadia is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our in-home care team serving the Fountain Hills area. As a Caregiver, you will provide companion and personal care to clients in their homes, helping them stay comfortable and safe while promoting independence in daily activities.

Responsibilities include transportation, light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, and companionship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver's license and use of an insured, reliable automobile.

• Performs companion and personal care activities to assist clients with activities of daily living.

Bonus Program

• 50 hours - $50*
• 100 hours - $50*
• 400 hours - $200*

• *Satisfactory performance required

Responsibilities and Duties

• Performs companion and personal care activities that assist clients with activities of daily living, including:
  • Companion care, transportation, and light housekeeping
  • Physical assistance with ambulation/Transfers and dressing
  • Hygiene and personal care services
  • Wellness activities such as medication reminders, meal planning, and preparation
• Passion for helping others

Qualifications and Skills

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
• Experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide (in homes or facilities) preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
• Possess a valid driver's license and use of an insured, reliable automobile
