Job summary

Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. in Lebanon, PA is seeking a Foundry Utility Worker to support foundry operations by performing production, material handling, cleaning, and equipment tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate band saws and other machinery, grind and finish castings, pour molds, and assist with setup and housekeeping. Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or foundry experience preferred; grinding experience is a plus.
• Willing to train individuals with no prior experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Grind and finish castings.
• Operate band saws, shot blast equipment, and other production machinery.
• Pour molds and assist with foundry operations.
• Transport materials and equipment using forklifts, payloaders, or power vacs.
• Assist with machine setup, cleaning, and general housekeeping.
• Repair pouring ladles and report defective materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
