Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Foundry Training/TDP Lead to join our team in Wiesbaden, Germany.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Conduct Foundry Training at the 66th MIB Foundry Site.
  2. Stay relevant with new internet data sets and exploitation tools.
  3. Develop and evaluate training activities for effectiveness.
  4. Create educational programs for personnel.
  5. Research national security, infrastructure, and vulnerabilities.
  6. Review and establish course content and objectives for OSINT training.
  7. Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
  8. Update course documentation regularly.
  9. Implement innovative learning solutions and industry best practices.
  10. Research and recommend new training technologies.
  11. Stay current with relevant technologies and subject areas.
  12. Describe capabilities and limitations of current and future collection and exploitation technologies.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  1. Degree and experience: Bachelors + 15 years, Masters + 13 years, or PhD/JD + 10 years.
  2. Active TS/SCI Clearance.
  3. Experience in developing and evaluating training programs.
  4. Knowledge of needs analysis, course development, and assessment.
  5. Skills in organizing, communicating, and delivering course content.
  6. Ability to create training materials for various instructional formats.
  7. Skills in monitoring and improving training programs.
Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required.
