Responsibilities include RFQ tooling, pattern tooling, resolving casting issues, re-gating, simulating tooling performance, and collaborating with managers, designers, and pattern makers to align tool builds with production goals.

• 5 years of relevant experience.
• No internships accepted.

Responsibilities

• Design foundry tooling in Creo using standards and best practices for no-bake molding.
• RFQ tooling, design new pattern tooling, resolve casting issues, re-gate, simulate; perform other tasks as needed.
• Interact with managers on directions and priorities of workflow.
• Interact with tool designers, engineers, and pattern makers for tool build direction.
