Job summary

Francis Manufacturing Company is seeking entry level foundry laborers for first shift (6:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday). New hires begin in the shake-out position and gain hands-on training in the Foundry department.

After training, opportunities to advance to Pour Off or Molder exist. The role requires heavy lifting up to 70 lbs and the agency-backed hire process with pay starting at $23 per hour and raises every four weeks; benefits include holiday, vacation, personal days and insurance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong attendance and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Shake-out: assist molder and help with sand mold prep.
• Material handling and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
