Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering with 4+ years in IE or manufacturing ops.
• Master's in IE or related field with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• PhD with no prior professional experience.
• Proficiency in capacity planning and lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI for data extraction, transformation, aggregation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize end-to-end Demand and Capacity Plans for Quality and Reliability Lab operations.
• Build capacity models using IE methodologies to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Design, pilot and implement a KPI framework for lab operations (throughput time, utilization, quality yield, cost per test, equipment effectiveness).
• Build automated KPI dashboards and reporting pipelines using Power BI, Python, and SQL from MES, Workstream, and IT platforms.
• Support ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 compliant QMS processes within Reliability and Quality Labs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan equipment purchases and workflow improvements.
• Utilize data analysis and modeling techniques to enhance lab output and optimize processes.
• Define and manage tool metrics and drive productivity improvements.
