Job summary

Premier Aluminum, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to evaluate parts from our Foundry and Machine Shop, ensuring compliance before shipment. The role focuses on an ISO QA environment with daily audits and documentation for conformance.

The position includes a 6am–2pm shift, Mon–Fri, with a $20+ hourly wage, potential $250 monthly attendance bonus, and opportunities for pay increases after 90 days based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year manufacturing experience.
• Quality inspection experience in a metals manufacturing environment preferred.
• Vocational or technical education beyond high school is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ISO Quality Management System operations.
• Perform incoming inspection of parts from suppliers.
• Create certificates of conformance and test reports for production orders.
• Conduct daily audits of casting and machining processes to ensure compliance.
• Maintain nonconforming material flow and address issues.
• Perform internal ISO audits and drive corrective actions.
• Review returned product and process paperwork.
• Monitor and maintain gage calibrations.
• Analyze quality data and report findings to stakeholders.
