Qualifications

• Experience in a Foundry/Manufacturing environment preferred.

• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.

• May be required to operate forklift, overhead crane, and electric pallet jack depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Help Molders with sand flasks, shake out molds, remove castings as required.
• Mix sand for molds using sand cutter.
• Pour hot aluminum into sand molds.
• Sweep and clean work areas.
• Operate bridge crane or forklift to move materials within the department.
• Transport product, parts, and materials using forklift, pallet jack, or crane.
• Support other teams to meet quotas and goals.
• Observe safety guidelines and report safety concerns.
• Use basic hand tools and read tape measure.
• Maintain clean work areas.

• Additional duties as assigned by location.
