Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead foundry operations for gray and ductile iron castings. You will direct production activities, coordinate staffing, and monitor performance to meet safety, quality, throughput, and delivery targets.

Responsibilities include coaching operators, enforcing standards, and collaborating with maintenance, quality, and engineering to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Strong leadership and foundry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience directing production in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of gray/ductile iron casting operations preferred.
