Qualifications

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in a production or machine operator role.
• Demonstrated reliability and attendance in a structured system.
• Experience in fast-paced production with sense of urgency.
• Ability to perform precise visual inspections for defects.
• Proficiency with micrometers and calipers for spot checks.
• Experience with production, assembly and machine operation.
• Comfort working in foundry environments with lifting requirements.
• Flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shifts and shift changes.
• Familiarity with mold operations, machine operation, and forklifts.
