Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Palantir Mission Integration Lead to drive full lifecycle software development within Palantir Foundry, building scalable data pipelines, applications, and integrations for our customers.

You will guide a team through design, development, and deployment, mentor junior engineers, oversee CI/CD and governance, and help define roadmaps and sprint plans while upholding security practices in sensitive environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in classified or restricted network environments.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry tools, such as Ontology, Workshop, Contour, Quiver, Code Workbook, Pipeline Builder, and AIP.
• Knowledge of governance or security concepts in secure environments.
• Ability to translate mission requirements into technical requirements and delivery plans.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving, and security-sensitive environments.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and optimize Foundry-based applications and data pipelines for the customer.
• Guide the team through the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
• Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and Foundry adoption initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership for junior engineers and mentor in best practices.
• Oversee code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and software governance within the team.
• Drive ontology mapping, data modeling, and API development to support data integration.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define development roadmaps and sprint planning.
• Establish and enforce DevSecOps principles within Foundry projects.
