Job summary

Qualifications

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and handling tooling safely.

Responsibilities

• Pack sand molds and pour molten metals into sand molds.
• Break up sand molds and slag.
• Monitor pouring of molten metal using ladles and hand-operated equipment.
• Keep work area clean and safe; follow supervisor directions.
• Move foundry materials and castings through the foundry with cranes and forklifts.
