Job summary

Real Alloy is seeking a Foundry Associate to join our team and support the conversion of scrap aluminum into ready-to-use products. The role includes learning our safety and quality programs while performing core foundry tasks on the line.

Initially you will work an 8-hour shift, then transition to a 12-hour rotating schedule. Multiple shifts are available, and training is provided to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Learn safety and quality programs on the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate foundry equipment (overhead crane, forklifts, robot).
• Assist in converting scrap aluminum into new products.
• Follow safety protocols and quality procedures.
