The ideal candidate should have over 15 years in semiconductor manufacturing with expertise in major foundries, yield engineering, and process technology.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, foundry engineering, or process technology.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with major semiconductor foundries.
• Experience in advanced CMOS process nodes and yield engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee silicon manufacturing operations & engineering from first silicon through production.
• Lead yield improvement, defect reduction, and optimization efforts.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing foundry engineering organization.
