Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of electrical experience
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documents
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems on equipment and change contact tips
• Ability to use meters, wrenches and sockets, basic hand tools, hydraulic and pneumatic hand tools
• Ability to withstand heights for working on cranes
• Ability to drive a forklift

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical work and preventative maintenance on all machines and equipment
• Repair cranes, starters, conveyer belts, single phase and three phase motors
• Install breakers, light fixtures, wiring, outlets, and other electrical equipment based on blueprints and job orders
• Document all work completed and materials used
