Qualifications

• Lead and direct cleaning room personnel across all operations.
• Coordinate daily workflow to meet production schedules.
• Ensure all castings meet quality specifications.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Monitor productivity and improve throughput.
• Maintain safety standards in the cleaning room.
