Midwest Aerospace Casting is seeking entry-level Assembly Technicians for our foundry to join multiple shifts. You will perform finning, core venting, and assembly tasks, operate drills, read gauges, and assemble sub-assemblies while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics preferred.
• Basic proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate drills, read gauges, assemble sub-assemblies.
• Perform finning, core venting, and assembly work in the foundry.
