Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience building enterprise applications.
- Experience with web applications, UI, API integrations, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong foundation in software engineering, design, testing, and maintainable code.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and SQL databases.
- Hands-on with Git, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices.
- Secure development practices including authentication and data protection.
- Awareness of AI-assisted development risks and governance.
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly; Palantir Foundry exposure is a plus.
- Experience in Agile environments translating requirements into user stories.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Palantir Foundry-based applications with a focus on UI and Ontology-backed data models.
- Build custom apps using OSDK, TypeScript, and React; integrate Ontology objects and actions.
- Leverage Foundry features to streamline workflows and enable AI-powered experiences.
- Translate requirements into secure, scalable designs with reusable components.
- Collaborate with data engineers/architects to shape a strong Ontology.
- Develop and maintain automated tests; participate in code reviews and CI/CD.
- Plan work in Agile sprints and manage progress transparently.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed Foundry apps; drive improvements.
