Job summary

Content Creators is hiring a producer to build Clipbook's video and podcast program from scratch, owning strategy, booking, shooting, editing, and publishing. You will work with communications teams at influential public affairs, government, and advocacy groups.

You'll manage all aspects from concept to distribution across multiple formats, with on-site shoots and multi-city travel, all while maintaining a nimble startup mindset and a focus on audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with video and podcast production from concept to publishing.
• Ability to own end-to-end production, including booking and editing.
• Comfort with multi-camera shoots, lighting, and on-site audio.

Responsibilities

• Decide what to make and why: show premise, audience and value.
• Own formats, the editorial calendar, and publishing schedule.
• Source, research, book and prep guests.
• Own how the show looks and sounds.
• Edit long-form episodes and cuts for social platforms.
• Coordinate with GTM on calendar and publishing schedule.
• Track performance and feed insights into future content.
• Travel to shoots across the US.
