Job summary

Atlas Consultancy Group Ltd. is partnering with a veterinary group opening a brand-new small animal practice in Jersey City, NJ. We seek a Founding Veterinarian to lead clinical workflows, standards, and culture from day one, practicing full-spectrum care.

The role offers a four-to-five day schedule with profit sharing and potential for partnership, in a modern, privately owned facility near Manhattan. You will shape the clinic, work with experienced technicians and reception, and participate in

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree required to practice veterinary medicine in the US.
• New Jersey licensure or eligibility.
• A few years of general practice experience.
• Ability to work as sole veterinarian initially.
• Strong leadership mindset and growth orientation.
• Comfort with routine soft tissue surgery and dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a brand-new small animal general practice.
• Provide wellness, preventive care, sick visits, and dentistry.
• Define clinical workflows and standards.
