Bentonville Veterinary Specialists is opening a state-of-the-art, 12,000 sq. ft. referral hospital in Spring 2027 in Bentonville, AR.

We seek a founding Internist or Oncologist to build and lead a premier service, backed by cutting-edge tech (including a 160-slice CT) and a 4‑day workweek with an option for equity partnership. Qualifications

• Active veterinary licensure or license-eligible to practice in Arkansas.
• A Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Oncology or Internal Medicine) or residency-trained eligible for board certification by 2027.
• Passion for building something new in a supportive, forward-thinking hospital environment.
• A partner and collaborator who wants to practice high-level medicine in a full-scale referral center.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a premier internal medicine/oncology service from the ground up.
• Practice high-level medicine with excellence in a 12,000 sq. ft. referral center.
• Collaborate with a surgeon-led team and pursue equity partnership.
