Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a founding UX Validation Lead to build and lead our UX/HMI validation practice from the ground up.

You will define the end-to-end validation strategy and scale the automation infrastructure and testing team. This hands-on role requires 7+ years in software validation with UI/UX or HMI testing, a BS in CS/EE, and a proven track record in owning a validation domain and delivering release-level quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software validation with UI/UX, display, or HMI testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end HMI/UX validation strategy and quality standards across the platform.
• Build and scale automated UI testing infrastructure, including test harnesses, simulators, visual regression, and CI/CD integration.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to debug UI and system issues and mentor a test engineering team.
