Qualifications

• Eight years of related experience in analytics-focused, data-intensive applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing data-driven product design.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and design systems.
• Experience creating a design system from the ground up.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX strategy and execution across analytics platforms.
• Build and maintain the design system and governance.
• Lead user research, persona development, and synthesis.
• Design high-fidelity mocks, dashboards, data tables, visuals.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and leadership.
