We Are Legal Revolution is launching a brand-new Houston office and seeking a trial-minded plaintiff PI attorney with 4–5+ years of experience to lead the Texas team. You will own high-value PI files end-to-end, mentor pre-lit teams, and shape strategy for a fast-growing, tech-forward firm expanding from California into Texas.

Competenze

• TX-licensed plaintiff PI attorney.
• Trial-minded with strong depos/mediation chops; file-bind experience is a nice-to-have.
• Builder's mindset—comfortable shaping a new market presence while delivering results.

Mansioni

• Own high-value PI files end-to-end: pleading through trial—discovery, depos, experts, mediation/negotiation, trial prep and first/second-chair opportunities.
• Lead & mentor: Run pre-lit teams (5–8 pods) and oversee medical treatment strategy.
• Raise the bar: Drive strategy, craft liability/causation narratives, and collaborate “all-hands” on hot files.
