About the Role:

Golden Age Tech is building the most advanced AI-powered caregiving ecosystem in America designed to serve seniors, Alzheimer’s patients, veterans, and families affected by addiction.

We are seeking a Founding Technical Product Lead to architect, execute, and scale our multi-component system: wearable device, AI caregiver, real-time caregiver dashboard, cognitive twin engine, and spiritual resilience layer. This role is ideal for someone who is technical, mission-driven, and ready to build the future of caregiving from the ground up.

What You’ll Own:

1. Product System Design – Lead the roadmap across firmware, AI models, mobile UI, caregiver dashboard, and secure infrastructure.
2. Developer Coordination – Manage early-stage devs, including AI/ML, mobile, and backend contributors.
3. Clinical-Technical Translation – Convert feedback from occupational therapists, caregivers, and compliance experts into features and development requirements.
4. Compliance-Ready Architecture – Ensure HIPAA, RPM, and EVV alignment with U.S. health and Medicaid systems.

Must-Haves:

• U.S. citizenship
• Louisiana residency or strong Louisiana ties (preferred)
• Deep experience in product development, AI systems, or healthtech infrastructure
• Experience in startups or early-stage buildout
• Hands-on mindset—able to architect and execute
• Values-aligned: faith-friendly, people-first, America-first mindset
• Willing to work equity-first with performance-based upside
