Job summary

Tally is seeking a founding Product Manager to own the roadmap from discovery through delivery, directly partnering with the founders to shape the platform’s future. You’ll translate enterprise needs into concrete product requirements, and drive the product’s AI quality and reliability as the platform scales.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, design, and GTM to close gaps fast, while laying the groundwork for scalable processes and a strong product culture from day one.

Qualifications

• 5 years of product experience, ideally including time at a high-growth startup.
• Comfortable going deep with enterprise customers and translating messy operational workflows into clear product requirements.
• Strong instincts on AI-powered products and trustworthy AI.
• Able to move from customer insight to working prototype fast and validate with users.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Maintain deep relationships with enterprise accounts and translate complexity into product requirements.
• Define AI product quality metrics, feedback loops, and hold the team to high accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with founders on GTM, positioning, pricing, and sales as the product evolves.
• Help shape hiring and culture standards for the product team as it grows.
