Job summary

Nxt Level is hiring a Founding Solutions Engineer to own the technical onboarding and deployment of our platform for enterprise financial customers. You’ll work with banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and client teams to drive production-ready deployments.

This highly technical, customer-facing role requires deep expertise in APIs, data mapping, authentication, and enterprise integration. You will partner with product and engineering to deliver scalable onboarding and robust integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical customer-facing or solutions engineering roles.
• Strong foundation in distributed systems and APIs.
• Experience with enterprise auth (SAML/OIDC/OAuth) and SSO.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments from discovery to go-live across enterprise customers.
• Lead technical onboarding for financial institutions.
• Design integrations via APIs, FIX, SFTP, and data feeds.
• Configure identity systems including SSO and credentials.
• Troubleshoot authentication, certificates, and connectivity.
• Map trading workflows and data models to the platform.
• Create onboarding playbooks and tooling.
