Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

We're recruiting for a Full Stack Developer to be a part of the founding engineering team for a new AI-native productivity platform — a category-defining product with the backing of world-class investors, advisors, and design partners.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with experienced founders who have built multiple billion-dollar companies, and to help take a new product from concept through launch and scale. You’ll join at the earliest stages, shaping both product and engineering culture, and building alongside some of the strongest talent in the ecosystem.

• Extensive hands-on backend engineering experience — Python, TypeScript, or similar

• Preference for engineers who have shown VC-backed startup experience and a founder mentality
• Stable career history with clear growth trajectory (not serial job-hoppers)
• Still hands-on coding daily, while also demonstrating technical leadership and product thinking
• We are prioritizing engineers who can operate at founding level — drive architecture, contribute product ideas, and move fast in greenfield environments
• If your background is purely product-side or enterprise process-heavy, this likely isn’t the right fit
