Job summary

NOSO LABS in San Francisco is seeking a Founding Software Engineer to join as the first full-time engineer, shaping the product and tech stack from day one. You will prototype, build, and ship AI-driven features end-to-end with the founding team, writing production-quality code in a fast-paced startup environment.

This on-site role requires a strong foundation in CS/EE, ML basics, and cloud skills, with visa sponsorship available for exceptional new grads.

Qualifications

• New Graduate in Engineering graduating in 2025 or 2026.
• GPA ≥ 3.7 and strong coursework/projects.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Experience with Pandas/NumPy and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork mindset; founding-team readiness.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features from idea to production (React Native frontend, Python backend).
• Integrate AI/ML models to improve diagnostics and automation.
• Handle data pipelines and tooling for model training and inference.
• Test, optimize, and ensure reliability at scale.
• Own features end-to-end across backend, databases, and UI.
• Collaborate with product, AI, and design teams; document work clearly.
