The Role

You’ll be one of the first engineers at Structured, working directly with the founders on the hardest problems — from CV pipelines to product UX to customer integrations. You’ll own entire features end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship full-stack product features end-to-end
• Design and scale document processing pipelines for 1000s of drawings
• Develop and integrate custom CV and LLM models into production
• Work directly with enterprise AEC customers on integrations
• Architect systems that are reliable, fast, and maintainable
• Help define engineering culture from scratch

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years shipping production software (full-stack preferred)
• Strong Python and TypeScript fundamentals
• Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Comfortable at the intersection of AI/ML and product
• High ownership mentality — you care about outcomes
• Bonus: computer vision, OCR, or document processing experience
