Job summary

CreloAI is seeking a Founding Software Engineer to design and build core features for an AI-driven creator marketing platform in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will architect scalable systems, implement production-grade APIs, and integrate ML models with analytics into user-facing applications.

You will collaborate with product, data, and design teams to define technical requirements, iterate rapidly, and ship reliable features to early customers.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals across data structures, algorithms and system design.
• Experience with data pipelines, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and analytics tooling for AI/ML products.
• Experience with ML concepts and integrating ML models into products; familiarity with recommender/predictive analytics is a plus.
• Comfort in founding or early-stage startups, owning projects end-to-end and making pragmatic decisions under uncertainty.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in creator marketing, advertising tech, or performance-driven growth products is highly beneficial.

Role Description As a Founding Software Engineer at CreloAI, you will design and build core product features and infrastructure for an AI-driven creator marketing platform. On a day-to-day basis, you will architect scalable systems, implement production-grade APIs and services, and integrate machine learning models and analytics into user-facing applications. You will collaborate closely with product, data, and design teams to define technical requirements, rapidly iterate on prototypes, and ship reliable features to early customers. The role includes responsibilities such as improving system performance, ensuring security and reliability, setting engineering best practices, and contributing to the overall technical roadmap and culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
