Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly contribute to building Chat and Voice AI products
• Own entire products or product lines from scratch
• Drive architectural and technical decisions for core systems
• Collaborate with co-founders and teams to convert vision into action
• Take end-to-end ownership from ideation to deployment and integration

Requirements

• 3–8 years of hands-on engineering experience
• Startup experience strongly preferred; ex-founders highly valued
• Bachelor’s degree from a US top-40 ranked college preferred
• Backend: Strong in Python; Django experience is a plus
• Frontend: Proficient with Next.js, React, and ShadCN
• Cloud: Experience with AWS or Google Cloud
• Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
