Full-Stack Engineer - AI Healthcare Innovation NYC-based (Remote until Q1 2025)

Our client, a well-funded YC-backed healthcare technology startup, is revolutionizing patient care through advanced AI and voice technology. They're seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join their founding team in building the future of healthcare communication.

The Opportunity:

What You'll Do:

• Develop real-time voice processing systems integrated with LLMs
• Create reliable, production-grade AI agents for healthcare workflows
• Build intuitive interfaces for healthcare staff
• Work directly with founders to shape the technical architecture
• Help define core products that will transform healthcare delivery

What We're Looking For:

• 1-6 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Experience shipping reliable systems end-to-end
• Previous startup or high-growth company experience
• Product mindset with attention to design and UX
• CS degree from a top university preferred
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML, particularly in healthcare
