About the Role

Join an early-stage AI and advanced manufacturing team as a full-stack engineer building software that connects digital systems with factory operations. Your work will help bring advanced composite materials from raw inputs through production, while supporting applications across industrial, aerospace, and defense settings.

What You'll Do
  • Build an operations platform covering supply chain, quoting, pricing, inventory, and production workflows.
  • Develop simulation tools that use factory data to improve predictions of how composite parts behave.
  • Create factory automation software that ingests equipment telemetry, coordinates robotics, and supports a digital twin of the production line.
  • Design backend systems that represent real-world manufacturing assets, processes, and relationships.
  • Work closely with hardware and automation engineers, identifying important problems and owning solutions from discovery through launch.
  • Operate as a product-focused individual contributor, defining user needs and shipping end-to-end without relying on predefined ticket queues.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years of experience shipping production-grade software as a full-stack or product engineer in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Experience building end-to-end applications with TypeScript and Python or Go.
  • A track record of independently identifying user needs, defining what to build, and delivering against product or business goals.
  • Strong backend and systems engineering skills, including experience modeling real-world processes or physical systems.
  • Interest or experience in manufacturing, factory operations, automation, robotics, or hardware-connected software.
  • CAD, computational geometry, 3D environments, simulation, data engineering, or AI/ML experience is a plus.
  • Must meet applicable US work authorization and ITAR eligibility requirements. Visa sponsorship is not available.
