Job summary

Clipbook is hiring a backend engineer to join a small, high-impact team responsible for core systems and AI-enabled features. You will drive end-to-end feature development, from design through deployment, and work on production-grade services that power 200+ customers.

You will shape scalable architectures, leverage cloud platforms, and implement containerized pipelines with emphasis on speed, reliability, and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and scaling production systems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect & build core systems across our stack and own feature development end-to-end.
• Integrate AI into real-world workflows with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Design scalable systems that grow with the company while balancing investments.
• Develop performant APIs and services ensuring reliability and security.
