Job summary

Ayama seeks a Senior Software Engineer to drive the AI revolution across critical assets, building end-to-end features from Python backends to React frontends. You’ll own data pipelines, real-time decision support, and RAG/LLM systems in a hands-on, AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI) and modern React/TypeScript.
• Production experience building RAG and LLM-based systems, not prototypes.
• Strong architectural judgment and cloud infrastructure experience (GCP preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, in maintenance workflows and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve production RAG and LLM-based systems.
• Design and maintain data pipelines that integrate enterprise data sources at scale.
• Develop full-stack features end-to-end from Python backend to React/TypeScript frontend.
• Work on optimization and scheduling problems with real operational constraints.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure real AI impact.
