Job summary

Bluejay is building the simulation, evaluation, and observability layer for voice + text AI agents. You’ll join as a founding SDR to build the pipeline engine behind the Bluejay rocketship, working directly with the founders at our San Francisco HQ.

You’ll design, test, and iterate on outbound systems, run multi‑channel campaigns, and qualify accounts. Expect to travel to events and engage with AI engineers and founders to book qualified meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outbound experience.
• Ability to discuss our world: simulation, evals, observability, AI agent drift in production.
• Sharp written voice; messages read by engineers, not marketing speak.
• Hustle with outcome bias; meetings booked and pipeline created are measured.

Responsibilities

• Architect and run multi‑channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls, events).
• Design, test, and iterate on outbound systems to create qualified meetings.
• Research target accounts and run discovery conversations to qualify fit.
• Handle handoffs of meetings to founders and feed signals to the team.
