Founding Sales Representative – Urology & Pelvic Health
About the Opportunity
You will establish the territory, open clinical accounts, and help develop a commercial model that can be replicated in other markets.
The company offers at-home Class II medical devices for urological and gynecological conditions, including erectile dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and menopause-related discomfort. The portfolio is supported by more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and used by over 250,000 people in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a statewide territory plan.
- Develop accounts across urology, urogynecology, pelvic health, men’s health, concierge medicine, medical spas, and VA medical centers.
- Present the appropriate commercial pathway for each practice, including cash-pay dispensing, remote monitoring programs, and existing-service models.
- Lead reimbursement, workflow, and ROI discussions with clinicians, administrators, and practice owners.
- Support onboarding and account growth to generate repeat orders.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and participate in weekly pipeline reviews.
- Provide field insights that help refine customer targeting and future market expansion.
- Follow approved clinical claims and product-reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Four or more years of medical device or diagnostics sales experience with physician practices.
- Existing relationships with Florida urology or pelvic health accounts.
- Urology, urogynecology, pelvic health, or men’s health experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to sell a complete business case involving reimbursement, workflow, and ROI.
- Familiarity with buy-and-bill, remote monitoring codes, or durable medical equipment reimbursement is an advantage.
- Medical spa, aesthetic product, federal, or VA account experience is helpful but not required.
- Professional comfort discussing sexual health, erectile dysfunction, and pelvic pain.
- Self-directed and comfortable building a territory without an inherited book of business.
