Job Description

We are looking for hungry and versatile folks to join as our founding sales development representatives at Glimpse. Glimpse has grown extremely fast (0→100 customers in 8 months) and we are drowning in pipeline. We are seeing strong market pull and are looking for scrappy folks to come in and help us continue to grow rapidly. As an early hire, you will not only come in and hit milestones, but also be a part of creating foundational processes with a big growth opportunity at the company.

Ideal Qualifications
  • 1+ years as a SDR (new grads okay)

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in past sales roles

  • (Preferred) experience selling software to CPG brands or selling AI applications in vertical markets

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup

  • Ability to be in our NYC office 5 days a week

  • Ability to travel to conferences (~20%)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and modern AI sales tools

Job Responsibilities
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to booking meetings

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve our sales playbook.

  • Establish repeatable sales processes that will scale as the company grows.

  • Lay the foundation for the future sales team by helping define KPIs, hiring criteria, and culture.
