Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is hiring a Sales Assistant in Scotch Plains, NJ. You will support the sales team by managing inquiries, nurturing leads, and converting prospects to tours.

You’ll work with the Director of Community Relations to meet monthly tour and conversion goals and participate in community events. Successful candidates will build relationships with prospective residents and influencers, demonstrate product knowledge, and maintain accurate records in Enquire CRM.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including phone and in-person interaction.
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads and follow-ups.
• Ability to meet daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion goals.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and emails to engage prospective residents or influencers.
• Convert leads to tours using Enquire and schedule tours when needed.
• Provide product knowledge about Benchmark and communities to spark interest.
• Follow up on tours with calls, texts, and emails as dates approach.
• Maintain up-to-date contact and activity notes in Enquire CRM.
• Assist with promoting events and community outreach as needed.
