Job summary

Ralliant Corporation is seeking a Founding SaaS Architect to define and evolve the technical architecture for Qualitrol's Analytics as a Service platform. This leader will set engineering standards and drive secure, scalable cloud-native analytics services.

The role partners with the Product Owner and engineers to balance long-term architectural vision with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced startup environment. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years enterprise software development.
• 5+ years architecting SaaS platforms.
• Strong cloud architecture experience.
• Experience designing highly available distributed systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture supporting cloud-native and on‑prem analytics services.
• Provide technical leadership across the incubator and guide architecture and API decisions.
• Champion AI-assisted software development and automated testing/ reviews.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity.
• Lead technology strategy for cloud platforms, data architecture, and event-driven systems.
