Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Founding Tech Recruiter to build our team as we scale. You will operate as a strategic partner in the startup ecosystem, pioneering how we find, attract, and engage world-class engineering and GTM talent.

This fully remote freelance role offers autonomy, direct impact on growth, and the chance to shape Pragmatike’s recruiting systems from scratch while partnering with the founders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in-house or at a search agency
• Experience in startup environments and high-growth tech
• Strong written and verbal communication with candidate experience
• Well-connected with a personal brand in recruiting community (LinkedIn/network)
• Enjoy writing or speaking about recruiting, talent, or startup culture

• Have 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in-house or at a search agency

• Are well-connected, respected by peers, and have a personal brand in the recruiting community (e.g., active LinkedIn, trusted network)
