Job summary

Conversion is seeking a founding Product Manager to help define the future of marketing for enterprise clients. You will own core product surfaces end to end, from discovery through delivery, and collaborate directly with customers and our AI research team to shape how our platform evolves.

This role is in-person at our San Francisco office, requiring a hands-on, customer-obsessed leader who can drive vision, align with engineering, and ship impactful features with speed and care.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience shipping products.
• Strong engineering understanding and technical background.
• Experience with AI-enabled product development.
• Willingness to work in person in San Francisco.

Owning product areas: You'll own core product surfaces end to end, from initial discovery, ideation, implementation, and delivery. Customer obsession: Collaborate directly with customers and design partners to shape how our product is built. Set the vision: We're constantly defining what's new in the world of marketing, that's now made possible with advancements in AI. You'll work hand in hand with our in house AI research team to productize moonshot projects.
