Job summary

CarePair is seeking a Founding Product Engineer to join a Next.js 16, TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS codebase, shipping the family and staff surfaces end to end.

You will own migrations, audit and authorization paths, the physician entry flow and aging-at-home mode, keep the boot test green, and drive fast deployment. This is a fully remote role in the United States with equity and a health stipend; apply by December 23, 2026.

Qualifications

• Five or more years shipping production web apps.
• You have owned data with real privacy weight.
• You write plain sentences in pull requests.
• Enjoy working in a small, cross-functional team.
