• 5+ years of software development and engineering experience.
• Experience at early-stage startups, ideally among first 10–20 employees.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Think and operate like a founding engineer.
• Adapt quickly, especially in AI-enabled product contexts.
• Bias for action and rapid experimentation.
• Craftsmanship with attention to detail, performance, and polish.
• Collaborative, humble, and user-first mindset.
• Exposure to mobile app development is a plus.

• Work within the fundamentals - TypeScript, JavaScript.
