Job summary

FitNext Consulting is seeking a Founding Product Engineer to partner with the founders and build the interface for deploying and operating autonomous AI-powered enterprises.

You will own features end-to-end, blending full-stack engineering, UI/UX, and product thinking, from customer research and prototyping through development, launch, and iteration, including demos and launch content to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on full-stack engineering with UI/UX ability.
• Experience building and launching a product from zero to one.
• Practical experience with LLMs and agentic systems.
• Strong product judgment with usability and visual details.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features to deploy, manage, and interact with AI agents.
• Design polished interfaces that simplify complex agent systems.
• Own features end to end from research to production launch.
• Translate user feedback and usage data into product improvements.
• Create demos, launch content, and campaigns for shipped features.
• Maintain high standards for design, performance, and delivery speed.
