Namely is seeking a founding product designer for Archie, an AI engineer agent. You will define the user experience for a new category of AI in engineering tasks. The role requires strong interaction design, product architecture, and prototyping skills.

• Sit with users and iterate based on their feedback.
• Create prototypes for various stakeholders.
• Build P-1 AI’s product design system.
• Partner with engineers to ship products quickly.
• Help decide product interaction strategies.
