Job summary

Wwshemi is seeking a founding product designer and engineer to shape how operators interact with AI agents. You will establish the product’s visual craft and interface patterns from the ground up.

You will own user flows, design reusable components, and collaborate with customers and backend engineers to ship production-ready interfaces. Preference for strong product taste and shipping ability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing and shipping products at startups or equivalent show exceptional product taste.
• Ownership of user flows and interface decisions.
• Portfolio or personal website with contemporary product interfaces you led from concept to production.
• Strong UI/UX judgment and systems thinking.
• Production experience with React and TypeScript, able to build interfaces independently.
• Initiative and adaptability to evolving priorities in AI agent experiences.

• Create reusable components and design systems to help the team build and ship consistent interfaces.
• Work directly with customers, test prototypes, and refine the product based on feedback.
• Partner with backend engineers to bring designed experiences into production.

What We're Looking For

• Four or more years designing and building products at fast-growing startups, or exceptional early-career work that demonstrates strong product taste and shipping ability.
• Product design or design engineering experience, with ownership of user flows and interface decisions.
• A portfolio or personal website featuring contemporary product interfaces you personally took from concept to production.
• Strong UI/UX judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to explain design decisions and the business logic behind workflows.
• Production experience with React and TypeScript, and the ability to build interfaces independently.
• Initiative, comfort with evolving priorities, and interest in exploring AI agent experiences.

Base salary: $160,000 to $220,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
