Job summary

Transformcap is seeking a Product Designer to join its pioneering team. You will have ownership over the entire design process, from concepts to launched products, focusing on creating intuitive interfaces for complex workflows in a rapidly growing AI platform within the life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end design of core product workflows, from early concepts and user research to high-fidelity designs and shipped experiences.
• Designing intuitive, elegant interfaces for complex AI-driven and compliance-heavy workflows.
• Defining and evolving Solstice’s design system, interaction patterns, and visual identity.
• Partnering closely with product engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and polish.
• Translating customer feedback and data into thoughtful product improvements.
• Designing for trust, clarity, and usability in a highly regulated enterprise environment.

About the Role

Solstice is building the industry’s leading AI platform for generating compliant life sciences marketing content. We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our founding team and help shape the end-to-end experience for our customers.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys deeply understanding users, and wants to own product design from concept through launch. You’ll work closely with co-founders Yiwen and Aris to have a real imprint on the future of the company.
